Skyler's Kindergarten Graduation

Skyler graduated from kindergarten! I can't believe how quickly he is growing up! He knew his part, but needed some prompting!

We got a lot more pics with him making a funny face then we did of him just smiling normally! He is such a ham!

Family Home Evening Fun!

Our topic for family home evening was "putting on the armor of God"! Kyle took the lead on this lesson...and it was the longest lesson we have been able to have without the kids getting bored! They loved it! Kyle used the scriptures to talk about how we put on the armor of God to protect us from the temptations of the devil. So he had the kids put on different things to protect themselves and then showed how when you have on the armor of God the "fiery darts of the devil" cannot hurt us! I have no idea how much of the actual "lesson" they got out of it...but we sure had fun! Thanks for a great lesson from a wonderful Daddy!

Tidbits

Skyler had his first day of "Art in the Park" that is put on by Layton city. He was so cute because while every other child was out playing on the playground for recess, he stayed in to keep working on his art project! And ofcourse, it was a sculpture of a dinosaur!

Ethan is potty training right now...which I am wondering if he will ever get! He knows how, but unless he is a nudist, he has no problems going in a pull-up or underwear! So, we've seen a lot of his naked little bottom lately! It's a good thing we have a fence to help block the view from other yards!

Little comments

My Skyler just got done telling me..."Mommies aren't fat. They just look fat because of the baby in their tummies, but they aren't fat." He keeps me feeling good about myself! LOL. Oh well, he keeps my ego in check!
