While we were there we got to go see the horses out at Shannette's ranch. And, oh my goodness, look at the size of this pig! Supposedly this pig was an indoor pet for the first 9 months of its life before it was too fat to get through the doggy door! Ethan didn't know what to think of it.
Both of the boys were told that they had to "earn" rides on the horses. So Skyler jumped right in and grabbed a rake to help clean up the horse messies! Then was put on hose duty which he liked because he got to climb all over the gates. 
Ethan tried with a rake as well, and when that didn't work so well, he almost tried with his hand!!! Gross! Luckily we stopped him before he touched anything!
Kyle was getting a little too friendly with a horse that likes people to play with its tongue. Gross again!
Then we got to brush the horses and finally got to ride one around.
Skyler got to ride all by himself!
Then it was Mommy and Skyler's turn!
Out of everyone, I think Kyle is the most addicted because he keeps mentioning his want of cowboy boots so he can ride like a real cowboy!

I love the look on your boys faces. Too cute. I think you should get kyle some boots. He should wear them to church so we can all be entertained.
So fun! My kids would love that. Both of my boys want to have a farm when they grow up . . . I wonder what they will do when they figure out how much work it is.
